Stronger Teams Program
This program is a great way to help leaders utilise their strengths for maximum effectiveness and teams to work more productively together. The program involves:
- Each team member completing the strengthsfinder© online survey which will identify their top five strengths.
- A feedback session with each team member to look at the applications of the results and how their strengths influence work and leadership styles.
- A team workshop to help team members understand and value the strengths of others in the team and how they can work more effectively together as a team.
Steve also conducts training seminars in the following areas:
