With over 30 years of experience in leadership, team building and training, Steve is a consulting psychologist who specialises in leadership development and team building in the educational and corporate sectors using a strengths based approach. His PhD in educational leadership studied the experiences of beginning principals of Independent schools.
Having experienced burnout, Steve conducts training seminars and has written extensively on this topic while also supporting professionals who have been dealing with burnout.
Steve travels throughout Australia conducting training workshops and team building programs and is also currently teaching ‘Leadership and Team Dynamics’ at Bond University on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
